How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 have a flat $6.49 fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most physical items ship within 1–3 business days. We'll email tracking as soon as your order leaves.
How do I get software or eGift cards?
Digital items are emailed as codes to the address you enter at checkout. If you can't find it, check spam or promotions, then contact us.
What can I return?
Most unused physical items within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care or pet food items are final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
